Queensland Country Health provides a couple of different payment options for benefits:

• Direct Credit - A benefit can be paid directly into a Queensland Country Credit Union account or to any nominated financial institution account. Simply complete the account name (in full), the BSB and account number on the claim form and benefits will be paid directly to that account, normally within 48 hours. This service lets us pay your claim quickly and securely so you can have access to your money as soon as possible.
• Cheque - A cheque can be provided for claims sent to us by mail, fax or email and should normally be received by you within 8 working days.
