In most instances, the approved hospital charges for policyholders of a Private Hospital policy will be covered in full once the agreed excess has been deducted. You’ll enjoy the benefit of the capped fees we’ve negotiated and convenient billing as your invoice will be sent directly to Queensland Country Health.

Private hospitals and day hospital facilities that have not signed an agreement attract reduced benefits which will mean you may incur out-of-pocket expenses for in-hospital treatment.
